MARKETING DEPARTMENT :
Headed by Executive of Marketing, this Dept. has highly experienced professionals at Vadodara who are available to call on any prospective customer. Marketing Dept. arranges product demonstration, trials, product introduction seminars and customers training. Company is in process of setting up Branch Offices at all over Gujarat and Representatives in other cities.
R & D DEPARTMENT :
Company's R & D Dept. is staffed with highly qualified & experienced engineering personnel and equipped with advanced designing aids such as Computers, Microprocessor Design Kits, Temp. bath, Dead weight Tester, Digital multi meter ,Oscilloscopes,HV Tester and other lab instruments
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT :
Company's Production activities are headed by an experienced Production Manager and assisted by highly experienced technicians & assemblers. A clean easy-flow Production set-up includes PCB assembly, instrument sub-assembly, final assembly and test areas and is equipped with production tools, jigs & fixtures, lab instruments, calibrators & environmental test chamber. A slogan practiced by the Production is "ZERO DEFECT" (ZD), which ensured, that the assembly is RIGHT AT FIRST TIME.
QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT :
Company's QA Department, ensures the quality of instruments by testing the equipment thoroughly to the specifications.
A three level QA program is instituted -
(1) Component level testing
(2) Sub-assembly (PCB) level testing &
(3) Final assembly testing. Every instruments,sensors and Heaters For the Instruments BURN-IN of 72 hours, which reveals infants mortality if any and after POST-BURN-IN functional check is performed, that the instrument is thoroughly checked out and a Test-Report is prepared and 'QC OK' Sticker is affixed to the instruments.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPARTMENT :
This department is a part of our Project Division and besides Projects Division Team, it comprises of a Marketing Engineer, Service Engineer & Technical Writer. This Dept. provides customer assistance in service, erection & Commissioning and technical support.
